And for a lot of sellers, the fourth quarter tends to be crunch time when quotas are either being met on time or in need of an extra little boost to get there. The Amazon Seller app makes it ridiculously easy to check how your orders are coming along, with a simple interface that\u2019s easy to read and track.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Email your customers:<\/strong> Good, regular communication with your buyers is one of the most important practices you can maintain as an excellent seller. Plus, the time it takes you to respond is something Amazon keeps an eye on when it comes to grading your account health, so the app is a fantastic add-on for the times you\u2019re just not in front of a computer.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Check disbursement amounts:<\/strong> Selling on Amazon is most definitely not a static process, and being able to make quick decisions on the fly regarding your cash flow is easy with the app.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Reprice your products:<\/strong> Using RepricerExpress should always be your number one go-to because it\u2019s fast, easy and does it all. But if there\u2019s an item or two you want to manually override and reprice yourself, then check out this feature on the app to do it yourself whenever you want.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Identify Hazmat or restricted items:<\/strong> There are just going to be some items you can\u2019t sell on Amazon, no matter how much you know there\u2019s a market for them. If something you\u2019re potentially interested in is a <a href=\"http:\/\/www.amazon.com\/gp\/help\/customer\/display.html\/ref=hp_rel_topic?ie=UTF8&amp;nodeId=200339720\">Hazmat<\/a> or restricted item, then the Amazon Seller app will tell you so you don\u2019t make a listing for it and get in trouble with the marketplace.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Check up on how your FBA shipments are doing:<\/strong> As anxious as your buyers are to receive their purchase on their doorstep, sellers are just as anxious to know they\u2019re upholding their end of the bargain. What\u2019s really cool about this feature is you can see which stage of shipment it\u2019s in, whether it\u2019s in transit, being process or all done.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>What We Think Needs to be Added to the Amazon Seller App<\/h2>\n<p>For a slickly-produced \u2018professional\u2019 app, we think it\u2019s pretty darn neat and effective as it is. But if some magic genie were to grant us three wishes, here are some of the things we\u2019d like to see added to it.<\/p>\n<p><strong>1. Being able to link to the Keepa and CamelCamelCamel extensions:<\/strong> Tons of Amazon sellers use these two popular extensions to make product sourcing decisions, and not having them linked up to the app means you have to make do without sourcing until you\u2019re back in front of a computer. While it\u2019s not the biggest deal in the world, it would be awfully nice to be able to source price and sales rank histories so you can make educated decisions about what you sell.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. Being shown all the fees factored into a product\u2019s price:<\/strong> The price of an item is never just the final price, as you have to factor in things like shipping costs, taxes, customs fees and more. Of course, you <em>could<\/em> always just do the rough math in your head, but what if you make a mistake? It could end up being very costly for you and the Amazon Seller app is way overdue with including this.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3. More options on the lowest price for new and used products:<\/strong> Say you\u2019re searching for a product and want to see its 10 lowest prices. Well, you can\u2019t. It\u2019ll only show you <em>the<\/em> lowest price on new and used products. And hey, what about calculating how much profit there is on variously-priced items? Again, you can\u2019t. The app will only show you the total profit on the <em>lowest<\/em> priced new and used products, which kind of sucks if you want to compare the profitability of differently-priced items so you can choose if selling it at a higher price actually makes better sense for you.<\/p>\n<h4>You know how we said one of the best parts of the Amazon Seller app is that you can quickly reprice an item if you think it\u2019ll make an immediate difference in its selling time? That\u2019s pretty handy if you\u2019re dealing with items on one-off basis, but a terrible idea if you\u2019re talking about your entire inventory. Odds are overwhelming that you just have way too many products to price and reprice, so using <a href=\"http:\/\/www.repricerexpress.com\/\">RepricerExpress<\/a> just makes the most logical sense.
