There is no guarantee that these instructions will work, but I have had success with multiple accounts using these steps. There are sometimes multiple pages, so make sure to check that.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Step #6.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.fbamaster.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/01\/Screen-Shot-2016-01-20-at-8.46.58-PM.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-3174\" src=\"http:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.fbamaster.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/01\/Screen-Shot-2016-01-20-at-8.46.58-PM.png?resize=660%2C413\" alt=\"Screen Shot 2016-01-20 at 8.46.58 PM\" width=\"660\" height=\"413\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>You will need to open a case with Seller Support. I do this by typing \u201ctest\u201d into the search bar and click the contact button in the bottom centre of the search results. I like to open cases under \u201cFBA Issues\u201d &gt; \u201cOther Issues\u201d<\/p>\n<p><strong>Step #7.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/i2.wp.com\/www.fbamaster.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/01\/Screen-Shot-2016-01-20-at-8.49.14-PM.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-3165\" src=\"http:\/\/i2.wp.com\/www.fbamaster.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/01\/Screen-Shot-2016-01-20-at-8.49.14-PM.png?resize=660%2C413\" alt=\"Screen Shot 2016-01-20 at 8.49.14 PM\" width=\"660\" height=\"413\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Type in this message and paste the items into the case. This was money you didn\u2019t have and it is only right to PAY IT FORWARD.
