The program, called eBay Plus, is a subscription service that offers free, express shipping to customers for goods from thousands of retailers that sell in Germany through eBay. Amazon launches gaming and 4K streaming Fire TV update<\/strong>: Samuel Gibbs<\/a> at The Guardian<\/a> reports that Amazon is moving into 4K content with a new Fire TV box and ultra-high definition content through its video streaming service. The new Fire TV builds on the success of last year\u2019s streaming media box, which Amazon claims has been the best selling box on the market in the UK and Germany.
