Bezos himself explains how it shaped Amazon by remarking, <strong>\u201c10 years from now people aren\u2019t going to say \u2018I wish Amazon shipping was slower\u2019 or \u2018I wish Amazon had a worse selection\u2019\u201d.<\/strong> So it\u2019s no surprise that Amazon continually focuses investment in faster shipping and a broad selection.
