But, with strict fast shipping requirements and ongoing targets, you want to know how best to reach those customers without it damaging your profits, reputation, or business.<\/p>\n<p>We\u2019ll cover the eligibility requirements of SFP, and different aspects to consider for in-house versus outsourced SFP.<\/p>\n<h2>What is Amazon Seller Fulfilled Prime<\/h2>\n<p>Let\u2019s quickly recap. Back in the day, if you wanted to sell under the Amazon Prime badge, you had to use <a href=\"http:\/\/www.repricerexpress.com\/how-does-amazon-fba-work\/\">Fulfillment by Amazon<\/a> (FBA). Specifically, you must:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Have an on-time shipment rate of 99%;<\/li>\n<li>Maintain a cancellation rate of &lt;0.5%;<\/li>\n<li>Have a 99% valid tracking rate;<\/li>\n<li>Use Amazon Buy Shipping for at least 98% of orders;<\/li>\n<li>And more.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.webretailer.com\/lean-commerce\/amazon-seller-fulfilled-prime\/\">Learn about the full requirements here<\/a><\/p>\n<p>So how exactly do you go about achieving those metrics?<\/p>\n<h2>Achieving SFP: In-house vs outsourced fulfilment<\/h2>\n<p>Online sellers looking to qualify for SFP have two options:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Fulfilling orders in-house, using your own warehouse, staff, and shipping carrier; or<\/li>\n<li>Using an outsourced fulfilment solution, sending your stock to their warehouse for them to pick, pack, and ship.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>And here lies your conundrum: which is best for your business?
