It\u2019s a crucial component of customer retention as well as converting leads to sales. Amazon allows customers to ask questions directly on the product page, which a great way to connect with customers.<\/p>\n<p>As a seller, it\u2019s your responsibility to answer quickly and accurately. In many cases, all that\u2019s needed to convert a customer from \u201cjust browsing\u201d to completing a transaction is providing a short response to any uncertainties they might have.<\/p>\n<p class=\"custom-quote\">As Amazon advises to its sellers, \u201cProviding timely, high-quality responses to buyer inquiries is an important factor in buyer satisfaction\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Keep in mind that Amazon measures and <a href=\"https:\/\/sellercentral.amazon.com\/gp\/help\/external\/200549770?language=en-US&amp;ref=mpbc_200549970_cont_200549770\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">reports a seller\u2019s average response time<\/a>, so it\u2019s best to respond to all inquiries in less than 24 hours.
