Amazon plans to open as many as six more cashierless Amazon Go stores this year:<\/strong> Jason Del Rey at Recode<\/a> reports that Amazon plans to open up to six more Amazon Go stores this year. Some of the new high-tech stores are likely to open in Amazon\u2019s hometown of Seattle, where the first store is based, as well as Los Angeles. It\u2019s not clear if Amazon will open up Go stores in any other cities this year. Amazon has started its delivery service in Australia, a country with ‘tyranny of distance’:<\/strong> Reuters at CNBC<\/a> reports that three months after opening in Australia, Amazon has said merchants could pay it to pack and ship their products through its new Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) program with Prime to follow later in the year.
