Amazon\u2019s new \u2018Outfit Compare\u2019 reviews pics, tells people what to wear:<\/strong> Todd Bishop<\/a> at GeekWire<\/a> reports that Amazon\u00a0has quietly rolled out a new feature for its iOS app called Outfit Compare. The free service allows Amazon Prime members to upload pictures of themselves in different outfits and receive expert advice. Add two photos of yourself wearing different outfits, then, in about a minute, a fashion specialist will respond to let you know which outfit looks better on you. Walmart ramps up e<\/strong>commerce with two new initiatives:<\/strong> BI Intelligence<\/a> via Business Insider UK<\/a> reports that Walmart has been actively expanding its efforts to boost its ecommerce operations recently, as the company looks to better compete with Amazon. According to The Wall Street Journal, it announced two new initiatives this week: its subsidiary, Jet.com, will acquire ModCloth\u2014a bohemian vintage clothing brand selling primarily online and\u00a0it plans to invest 17 billion pesos ($863 million) in Walmart de Mexico in 2017.<\/p>\n

Amazon set to acquire Souq.com:<\/strong> Dan Wilson<\/a> at Tamebay<\/a> reports that Amazon is about to acquire Souq.com, one of the key players in the Middle East ecommerce market for around $650-750 million. eBay launches guaranteed three-day delivery in US:<\/strong> BBC News<\/a> reports that eBay has promised to get items to US shoppers in three days or less with a new programme called “Guaranteed Delivery”. Starting this\u00a0summer, eBay will guarantee the speedy delivery of 20 million products from certain sellers who currently meet delivery promises.
